i would say the sound quality is fine and they will serve you perfectly well esp for being $99 but the ear cups are made out of this really shitty vinyl material that WILL fall apart yearly & get black residue on your ears. you then keep buying replacement vinyl covers, which then also fall apart.

For anyone else wondering, they sound pretty good (especially for the price) but they are FLAT; you need to use EQ for music listening.
