This whole rig costs less than $5 (Manuscript brand) yet somehow is snobbier than a fancy car. 10/10 would recommend (while cringing)

As a former fountain pen user... it gets a lot more pretentious than that but a cheap fountain pen is likely the fastest, lowest cost way to make sure everyone knows you're pretentious.

Good pens in general, actually, but fountain pens escalate things immediately.

True enough, a bit less "whip that sucker out in public" though. I guess you could carry the ink too for the extra pretension factor though.
