How does this work in the federated setting? Is there actually a mechanism to remove some data from the global 'speech' layer?

It says: "remove illegal content and label objectionable material".
Hence my question. Is there a mechanism for removing? Also in the federated system?
The wording there distinguishes removing illegal vs. labelling objectionable.
