As someone who works in tech and deals with Win11 on a regular basis, it's ultimately probably fine for 90% of people. There's concerns about data security and privacy considering Microsoft is pushing features like Recall, and the forced usage of their built-in AI but thats a personal preference.
Personally I wouldn't use win11 if Microsoft would let you turn off those features, but considering that Windows is more or less a de facto monopoly (Linux is not something I would ever recommend to the average user), there's not much of an option if you want to continue to recieve security updates
From an IT tech perspective: aside from the horrible security and privacy flaws the search function is worse than ever, it's more difficult to mess with settings to adjust things or fix issues (especially with external devices), it has zero benefits I can think of.
If I ever need to have Windows around for something at this point (pretty much just for 1 game blocking their anticheat from running on anything else), I still have a Win10 22H2 iso on a usb stick (a version where group policy to block updates still works)
Not really
You can mess with the layout to be more like 10 if that’s your thing and it still works competently
It’s just the massive and incessant push for AI, Cloud, and other “recommended” features that give people (me included) headaches
(When I updated it swapped out my wallpaper automatically)

I think it still has some issues with specific settings but it runs fine for me.
Only thing I’m not a huge fan of has been the need to upgrade if you have a somewhat older system (maybe there are workarounds though).
