I'm fighting it too. Only thing that has ever worked for me is Advil Allergy Sinus, total life saver. It screws my sleep up though...

I have high blood pressure, unfortunately I use any medication with pseudoephedrine in it.

Pseudoephedrine screws up my blood pressure and makes me feel even worse. Most people I know who use pseudoephedrine have lots of success. Such is life.
