I have also NEVER been so angry to hear of a party that wants to stop animal agriculture without REALISING the implications of that! we need animals for regenerative farming. your soil for your crops WILL BE BARRON without doing that.

also, currently the standard Australian diet, just like the American one is VEGETARIAN BASED if you hadn't noticed already. we have MANY ILL PEOPLE who've followed it. going vegan WILL NOT FIX THAT especially in the population that's INSUILN RESISTANT which is a HUGE CHUNK of it.

please, I bloody beg you, one Australian to another: DO YOUR RESEARCH. investigate a parties policies for both the positives and the flaws. do not vote in anything with religous or racist ties or ideologies- they have no place in running a country as diverse and as beautifully proud as ours.

but BUT. You have multiple parties. We have one party which marches in lockstep, and therefore achieves what they want, and unfortunately that's evil; and everyone else is the other party which therefore goes in a half dozen different directions and doesn't succeed as opposition.

yet we have a 2 party system. they have to vote for either liberal or labour. technically voting for half of these is a wasted vote.. hell I'd say all of them are. may as well not show up 😅 problem with these micro parties is they block things going through so the ones in power can't do anything

there are MANY PLACES where you CANNOT GROW CROPS. over 70% of land clearing IS FOR FUCKING CROPS NO ONE EATS. then they're sprayed with many herbicides & insecticides that kill many things. I respect you more if you had ways to improve animal agriculture in a way it benefits crops too
