I guess I have a hard time seeing it as a tug of war and feel like playing into that narrative is contradictory to the neurodiversity model. I think we need to reframe that to help overcome some of the internal angst that visual gives us. We are one whole neurotype expression, not two feuding parts.

A very interesting perspective. I for one, have intuitively viewed my AuDHD as such. However, I've learned to inject humor into the equation as my need for structure and predictability splashes against the disorderliness of my ADHD tendencies.
