Bit of an oc lore: He's a cunning mind controller. His sight can emit a powerful hypnosis, thus whoever have eye contact with him will obey no matter how strong their will is. He's also very lazy and do not prefer to do tasks himself, so he control his hypnotized slaves to do his chores instead.
Even one of the slave is a man who dishonored him in the past. The man is the most loyal towards him right now, though deep down of his dormant conciousness will not accept their miserable situation. The demon enjoys doing it!
