Russia has nukes, how is that helping to conquer AFU? How many Nuclear ICBM's has the Patriot MDS had to engage? The answer is zero. So why do you want to believe Nuclear armaments would help when Ukraine lost its nuclear energy facilities too.
Are you citing facts or just spewing a bunch of B.S.? Kyiv is providing accounting to Washington on the delivery and deployment of the security. What makes you believe that half is on the shelf? Source?
