And the bar is not what will enforce the court order that goes beyond the lawyers.

The lawyers are not the ones who will decide if Trump follows the court order, and if he does not, there is no DOJ (US Marshals) that would normally be the ones to assure compliance.

That’s not correct — they can also sanction the underlying party, like a head of an agency who didn’t carry out their order. In fact I think the party is sanctioned more often than the attorney.

There actually aren't "ample" private practice opportunities just waiting for any DOJ attorney who wants or decides to quit though. Sure, some of them could and would land other jobs eventually, but not nearly enough, and that's unfortunately why some are undoubtedly staying.
