Hey, I’m not sure what you are going through and I know we are just strangers on the internet, but as someone who has dealt with bad too, I can say: It will get better.
Bad is temporary. Good comes again. Peace comes from learning to sail the highs and lows. To still dance in the rain.

Do you what you have to take care of yourself. Even the smallest of self-care tasks help. A cozy blanket. A warm drink. A feel-good movie.
If there is someone local you can reach out to, reach out. Friendship and support are wonderful buffers.
