The Oblivion Remaster has three problems:
-it isn't Morrowind
-it costs 20 bucks more than it should
-Bethesda is now owned by Microsoft
Still want to play modernized Oblivion, but don't want to pirate it? Buy it second-handed, then drop an unbearable amounts of mods into it.

In fact, you should switch to Linux anyway. There are a lot of nice and simple distros for everyday use, and most programs you pay for have a free alternative.
