So, has Colorado revised their plan to ease ranchers ability to get compensation for their cattle that get killed by these predators? I’m surprised at the lack of out of state lawsuits due to wolves migrating out of Colorado and effecting cattle ranchers in other states like Wyoming.

There’s a handful of wolves on the ground in the entire state of CO—there’s no predation in Wyoming from those animals. As for ranchers in CO, maybe it’s time to hang up the spurs. Ranching in the West is almost as heavily subsidized as the petroleum industry. Plenty of beef east of the frontcountry
