As a character, she's kind of crazy, and I feel like this style of swimsuit really matches her personality. The neck garment almost reminds me of fire resistant clothes I've seen beforeπ€
Then they get slightly forgotten as the new/next banner girl in town takes over, cycle repeat. Just months ago ppl were crazy for shark girl (Ellen) :')
Personally it feels like factory-work to me, and usually by the time I like a character, months passed oops
