If the guy isn't capable of making time out calls by himself, do we know if he's the one making the call to go for it on 4th down? This feels like a Zach Robinson stat not Raheem.

I'm not sure where the timeout thing is coming from. He DOES make the timeout calls, and is involved in the decisions to go for it on fourth down

He was the one that said "it's a process" in terms of calling time outs. Making it seems more complicated than just the HC calling time out. But if I misunderstood that, that's on me. Y'all would certainly know better

You're not the only one I've seen bring this up, but he was referring to the thinking behind it, not the actual decision. Morris is the only guy calling timeouts, which is what makes the failure to do so with a rookie QB even more frustrating

It's a process for everyone, you guys are just unaware. Coaches have people on staff just to monitor clock management.
