I'm working on an up to date article on the archaeobotanical evidence for malted grain. This was written 10 years ago. What's new? I'm aware of Heiss's work (2020), also Cordes et al (2021) and, of course, Professor Li Liu's discoveries (2018). Any more? 🏺 #malt
