The plan Trump announced was literally Trump's plan, he personally dreamed it up. Bibi would never have publicly promoted such a plan in the face of opposition of all of Israel's allies. Trump's personal degeneracy gave Bibi the cover to just stand by and smile at this previously impossible dream.

Bibi did that horror. Trump cheered him on to "wipe Gaza off the face of the map". The rest of the world, including the Biden admin, worked feverishly to rein in Bibi. Trump was disappointed Bibi did not "finish the job". Biden never had unilateral power to stop this, and Harris was not POTUS.

There's no point in even arguing, they let Israel level Gaza, they let Israel murder American humanitarian aid workers, they had to build an idiotic dock because Israel wouldn't let them deliver aid via roads and then they blew it up. None of this mattered to the Biden/Harris admin
