And thank you for the timing update. I have been trying to find when we could expect news.
I just saw in her Twitter replies that it could be week 2 in December. Either way not long to go now and itβs been an incredibly fast turnaround
I am also hoping we get judgment in the Ben Roberts-Smith defamation appeal, but I expect that will more likely be next year
Also, the OG anti-COVID vax lawyer Nathan Buckley is awaiting to find out if NCAT will find him guilty of (cont)
On 2nd & 3rd December is the Govt's strike out application in the COVID vax class action. The Govt is arguing that the case is an abuse of process w/ no prospects of success. Unlikely, but (cont)
Lastly, on 18 December is the costs hearing in Alex Greenwich v Mark Latham.
Alex was partially successful in his defamation case - proving that Mark defamed him in 1 out of 2 of the publications sued on
Appeals require very careful consideration of the judgement. Nothing something that happens in hours.
