okay so managed to propose a long weekend sorta thing where I get my contracted hours of that week out of the way before CFz then do my contracted hours of the next week when I get back. I may have other options but my CFz is saved at least.

Request for weeks off for CFz were made weeks before everyone got their holiday forms to fill in... get rejected anyways. Cool. Might not make it to CFz after the stupid amount of money I have spent on it already :)
