Yes that's WHY they sued.
The underlying point is that the consequence of rolling it back, made consumers leave which dropped share prices.
They are losing money but still want to get paid, so they sue.
Corporate greed CAN and WILL be hurt by boycotting.
Let them eat each other/themselves.
