Day 6 of celery juice on an empty stomach in the morning: last night I was able to sleep with my arm in a position I wasn’t able to do for months due to frozen shoulder. It’s loosening!

Yes you want to give it at least 15-30 min to absorb before eating breakfast. Look up The Medical Medium- Anthony William. He is the pioneer on celery juice benefits and has written multiple books. He’s on instagram too.
