Yes and Bounded context is a linguistic boundary. Vertical slice is more based on features boundary.

Aaand... Every Vertical Slice is a Bounded Context, but not every Bounded Context is a Vertical Slice. :)

I don't think it is. User language in a vertical slice can be a separate language from further down the slice, hence separate Bounded context
