I'm not on Twitter so responding here on the impact of federal grants being frozen. As a PI on an IMLS grant and coworker of others with grants in progress, this is chaos and creates uncertainty in the non profit world where we are just trying to do projects that will benefit the museum industry.

Regarding the raid at the TDA party, given that the DEA had been working the case for months and, as I understand it, no drug or weapons changes will be filed, is it possible that they got lots of small fish (in the interest of shock & awe) at the expense of making a case against the gang leaders?
