they worked for me right before i went into my best honeymoon phase and got to my lw (year ago). but i kinda feel like its placebo effect. like since i wanted it so bad and believed it, i subconsciously let it change me

these r the ones i used to leave on when i slept. it definitely motivated me and kept my goals on my mind. also the videos that just slideshow thru various thinzpo were encouraging
