As someone who grew up in the 90s watching PBS, it is a minor miracle I never saw Cats. 90s PBS really wanted you to see Cats.

All I remember from 90s PBS is CATS and at like midnight they’d show Monty Python and my dad and I would stay up in the summers and watch
