Are we sure? I thought it was the lack of water management (no water in fire hydrants) and a bunch of dry brush in a fire and high wind (Santa Ana winds) prone area. But your probably right, that approximately 0.011°F increase every year since 1850, DEFINITELY CAUSED THIS FIRE, what was I thinking - ThreadSky

How about hottest summer on record, followed by 2% of normal rainfall, followed by wind speed records? Why don't you just admit that nothing would convince you that climate change is real? Or tell me what would? You don't even know, do you?

I believe the climate does change, yes or more of a cycle over many of years. Here is an example that I saw. I'm sure the ice will melt to a lower level in 50yrs or so, then come back (a cycle).

This was the moment (6 years ago), when I started questioning "experts on climate change". I think the PPM of C02 levels will go up and then come down, then go up again. I don't know what the frequency of that cycle is, but I believe it cycles.

Yes, there were periods in the geologic past when CO2 levels were higher. But because the rate of increase was much, much slower, ecosystems and the bicarbonate buffering capacity of the oceans could adapt.

As for believing in cycles, I believe in evidence. And the evidence shows clearly that the current increase in CO2 in not part of a natural cycle and is unprecedented in its rate of increase.
