Fair, but Hillbilly Hotdogs is a (famous for WV) anomaly. If you ask for a WV dog anywhere in the state it's always slaw+onions+mustard+chili ;)

Definitely cole slaw, usually on the sweet side, and the chili isn't with beans, it's a special chili we make specifically for dogs -- finely minced meat and tangy.
