So my mom fell at 3:00 am this morning in the airbnb bathroom. Took forever for my dad to get her up. She didn't break her hip or anything else but her falls are becoming more frequent. Having aging parents is just unrelenting stress and anxiety.

It really is. You've just got to hold out hope that they don't take any disastrous falls, until they learn to consistently use a walker. It takes longer and longer for a meaningful recovery.
A small bath rug slipped under her feet and that was enough to take her down. Her balance is not very good, she's unsteady. I had her using a cane pretty steadily for a while but she's mostly abandoned it. She wouldn't have used it for a 3:00 am bathroom trip anyway.
She probably should. Mine broke her neck falling in the bathroom in 2019. She got lucky. It didn't paralyze her. But it came really close to killing her, anyway, by fracturing a tiny bone very close to an artery. She hasn't been the same, since. Now, she consistently uses her walker.
Falls are so scary. I work in eye surgery and the most frequent emergencies I get called in for are falls. Anything that has a square style corner is a hazard, even rounded corners can be dangerous. It's hard watching our loved ones age my gpa is 91 I worry constantly about him.
