I generally use all of these in any b&w art... and often I might use like 3 of them in a single line... switching them out. Some are hard to do detail, then I use a skinny line pen. Some only look good with a big dramatic brush... so that's why I use all sorts of pens.

I think I have a couple of these. They emulate typical Japanese brushes. I seldom use them though - when I’m not doing digital I prefer the Zebra brand.

The Pentel brush isn't waterproof, is it?

I think it's mostly waterproof... unless you have lots of black and scrub it too hard, then a little comes off.

That’s my ‘Fude bent nib’ Chinese pen. It comes in a heavy wooden box & the pen itself is heavy with an iron body. It’s easy to push it down to make wide strokes.
