In the observations table https://minorplanetcenter.net/db_search/show_object?object_id=2024+YR4 the Paranal position of Feb. 19 is the *only* one from ESO amongst a lot during whole interval 27 Jan to 23 Feb in which the asteroid was in Torino class 3 - please explain how this *one* observation could "cut the impact risk in half".
