Not all of the founding fathers thought slavery was acceptable. John Adams not only didn't approve, but he helped MA become the first state to abolish it. Benjamin Franklin founded the Pennsylvania Society for Promoting the Abolition of Slavery and believed slavery should be legally abolished.

Alexander Hamilton was an anti-slavery activist and supported the African Free School, which educated the children of enslaved and free Black people. Samuel Adams wasn't very vocal about it, but even he wrote about his dislike of the slave trade and wanted it abolished.

John Jay fought to outlaw the slave trade in New York and served as an officer in the New York antislavery society. Madison and Washington were the slave owners that promoted it. Well, some say Washington said he didn't believe in it but would stop once they abolished it. Complacency is approval.

Two F.F. wanted women's right to vote, Thomas Jefferson and John Adams. Of course, Adams was only after he was asked by his wife and Eleanor Parke Curtis to do so. Jefferson thought it would be more effective at restraining corruption. Sadly, most founding fathers didn't want them to vote.

Our founders were fascists before Fascism became popular. John Wesley refused to support the American Revolution because he recognized that it was rich men fighting to become richer. They had no interest in anyone else's rights.

Only 1/2 of founders chose that 1787 version of autocracy. The other 1/2 chose democracy. They punted on the obvious solution: form 2 countries. instead created a pseudo voting rich white male aristocracy falsely calling it democracy. Now autocracy 1/2 rules, imposes it on the democracy 1/2 forever.
