Also, this video is a bit misleading, right?
China per capita emissions are STILL lower than the United States.
So I think the total and the direction in the last 5-10 years is more relevant than the history.
Some rural places in China and India barely have electricity, of course the per capita will
3rd world countries pollute way more than western countries and they are not subject to the same scrutiny.
So if the direction of emissions in US in the last 10 years is declining and in India is on the raise, I would be much more concerned about that.

Maybe, you guys were told Democracy is dead, you'll can have all the black jobs after they fire all the BIPOC folk.
That would not penalize Brazil that much anyway : their biggest client is China (70% of Brazil soy exports are for China).
If you move to or use manufacturing facilities overseas to produce goods for your citizens those emissions are yours not the countries you're using to hide your emissions.
