Made a video about Video Game Emulation. While demonized by companies, emulation does have benefits like being able to play games with no modern ports or never released in your territory. But there are also negatives to emulation like emulation only bugs.

Also if companies do want to rid emulation then that should incentivize re-release for much older titles.
But also downsides like emulation based bugs (even in official emulation) and complicated setup depending on the console emulated.
