I'm an old gen x guy. In the 90's I liked grunge (Seattle woo hoo). Then I got into Americana and on and on.

But I have never listened to the style that I saw yesterday. Not being familiar with the songs, I didn't quite get it.

Then I watched it again. That was so brilliant, all of it.

The argument was "first musician to win a Pulitzer." Nobody said that the Pulitzer needed to be for music. So we were all right.

But really, it's for the best that Dylan didn't win the Pulitzer for music. He's a brilliant lyricist, some of the best tunes ever written, but the voice of a dying crow.

I felt the Pulitzer held more weight than Grammys lol My Aunt said almost verbatim “I couldn’t understand a damn thing he was saying” but she at least gets that the halftime show isn’t geared towards 75 year old women. She can also barely hear us when we speak so 😂
