This WaPo Editorial Board piece lacks such basic understanding of ICC jurisdiction, UNSC dynamics, and international law that I could use the opening paragraphs as a statement for my undergrad students to respond to in a final exam.

WaPo Editorial Board thing starts with this. Stepping past the "what about"-ism going on here, many of these other atrocity cases are jurisdictionally hard for ICC--sadly ICC doesn't have (but should, imo have) universal jurisdiction to investigate any atrocity.
