Hmm very strange, name doesn't ring a bell but I've never lived in a bedsit. I was in the military living on base then I got married.

Hope I haven’t freaked you! I was there with a lot of veterans, I volunteer for a charity promoting model making for military veterans - Models for Heroes. Robert is a veteran, from Gloucester.
