Really important bit of research. I hope #TfL will take heed. It highlights the route by #Millwall Stadium which frankly feels unsafe on foot or bicycle in the day, let alone after dark.

Neither heavily trafficked nor isolated, reaching the most homes and the most everyday destinations (schools, local shops, nurseries, parks etc).
Main road cycle lanes are great for fit (mostly male) commuters, but for local trips...?
LTNs can improve personal safety for women: drivers rarely see (let alone stop for) an assault - Residents, pedestrians + cyclists do.
