i feel like i get easily punished for doing anything in solo, im so bad as an individual player that i find it EXTREMELY hard to enjoy myself or feel like im improving without my team

if youre bad at doing anything in solo, play more solo /gen

once you manage to work out what your issues are in solo play you will get infinitely better at teamplay as well

you dont have to play solo but it is such a good source of improving individually so i would highly recommend that you play more with the mindset of improving

if you get close to raging thats a separate issue that needs addressing

i do have the mindset of improving and that somehow makes my mental worse, and yeah my mental is a HUGE problem i dont see changing unfortunately (life stuff)

im not qualified to give advice beyond this but if you wanna improve solo you gotta play solo, esp at your level
