Let’s be clear, however. All content should be freely available without censorship. I know that’s not what you were saying, but access to literature and moderating civil discourse is a distinction that should be on everyone’s minds.
The only problem with reading a book on a phone or tablet is like having your dessert on the same plate as your dinner. A million distractions are right there at your fingertips.

What matters to me, is that like people will post an article, that is mischaracterized by the headline they are pointing to, that cites a study, and the study does not support article or headline, and only I notice. SMDH.
A very specific example of this was a "Intermittent-Fasting is dangerous" headline, the article was about the good, bad, and unknown, and the study was poorly done using data for "Intermittent Fasting" before the term was even coined, so it was basically just unhealthy user bias the study.

Scale & velocity (not to mention built in bells & whistles to distract us w/other topics, activities, etc) matter. A lot.
