Does Amazon have corporate housing targeting employees? I'm unaware of such a development; most of SLU is Greystar, Windsor, and other private-equity properties.
The Walt Disney Company has the cities of Bay Lake, Lake Buena Vista, and (formerly) Celebration near Orlando, FL!
The former two have a handful of residents, but the latter was eventually sold off and split from the parent government, RCID (now CFDOD because FL's idiot governor).
Celebration was formerly Disney, but they sold their stake ages ago and de-scoped it from Reedy Creek/CFTOD. It's now just another special district master-planned community in FL, and FL has a lot of 'em. The Villages and Lakewood Ranch (Tampa) come to mind as related.
There's also the original plans for the City of Tomorrow ("EPCOT" but before it was a theme park) that died with Walt, so Celebration was Disney's second foray into planned communities.
I find Lake Buena Vista (Disney Springs) and Bay Lake (Magic Kingdom) fascinating since they were very much structured to be towns that serve the company, and Disney leases out residences short-term for the sole purpose to staff the government there.

You just had to a) worked there previously, b) pass a background check by Disney, and c) acknowledge it's a 99-year lease and not ownership.
