Toni/swerve came to #AEW .. bought in and blossomed into into main event stars. While other guys came to aew to cash a check till triple nose came calling. Never buying in and wasting everyone's time. There's still a few of these guys on the books but eventually they'll be gone too.

And that's exactly how it is, you have a lot of freedom in AEW use it
But many people know from WWE that the character is created by the creative team, so they can't handle so much freedom don't know what kind of character they want to be

They are too busy doing whatever they are doing and not focusing on the wrestling...
The creativity of the other two boils down to:
“I’m suave” and
“I’m spooky”
This is where Ethan Page failed as well. They need someone else to give them creative direction or they have none.
Every WWE interview: “They just kept telling me creative had nothing for me”
I just don’t understand why anyone would go where your entire paycheck is reliant on someone else being creative for you. 🤷🏻♂️
