Only when natural weather events energized by climate change become unbearable and most people are going to bed hungry will people demand change.

For the last US presidential election, the polls said the highest priorities of young Americans were reducing food prices and rents, not climate change.

But they:
* don’t understand why it matters to them
* don’t know what to do about it
* are flooded w misinfo that the cure is worse than the disease

I have been 'campaigning' for over 20 years and I know when I started what I see today would have been just a dream beyond my expectations.

My friends are sick of the subject, Extinction Rebellion and climate action feels too marginal, corporate and political co-dependency perpetuates the status quo and it’s not fair to blame consumers. We need government support.
