Happy to share this commentary in Pediatrics on rotavirus vaccination in the NICU. In a study at CHoP (1st ref) there were only a few instances of transmission of attenuated vaccine strain virus, with no clinical impact for infants. We should no longer delay until discharge - vaccinate in the NICU!
