"They're evil, but also stupid as hell." That's Silicon Valley/tech sector senior management culture in a nutshell. It's why so many from my generation of Ivy League CS/Engineering grads cashed out our old options & left that industry many moons ago, switching fields or just semi-retiring. Cesspool.

Yes evil. Stupid? Rapid, brutal& generally effective attack across broad array of govt agencies. Probationary staff targeted first as fewer employment rights. EO 18 gives Trump/Proj25 increasing ability to change rules &make ALL fed employment “at will” & thus able to be terminated w& w/o cause.
