I wish the government would make laws about it. Or the actors' voices fall under copyright. Only the material fall under copyright, not the voices or some artwork... it's horrifying...

Even when I try to find music playlists nowadays. It makes it harder because it gets butchered with Ai generated pictures and slop. My grandma usually puts on Christmas ambience during that time, but it’s just bothering when Ai floods the searches. This is why there needs to be regulations on Ai

using generative AI diminishes creativity and means less people in the world will take the opportunity to learn a skill or develop a creative hobby. regurgitating "content" based off someone else's hard work / data (art, writing, etc.) means you aren't truly sharing your unique vision with the world

and if big tech actually cared about the advancement of society it would mean letting humans continue to create without fear of this theft and place AI in a role to assist us with OTHER areas of life. continue to be loud bc the less ppl who use it the sooner they pull the plug when there's no profit

why is one of those things that AI does is taking *art* from humans. how is it helping anyone taking art from humans.

GenAi has had such a negative effect on pretty much EVERYTHING beyond just creatives, and it only gets pushed further by companies. So many people aren't learning something as simple as writing an essay because they're getting chatGPT to do it for them. People learn nothing from relying on genai.

RIGHT I’ve started to notice the pattern when I look at the thumbnails and uploads and remember no artist would just pump out EPs like that. some channels mark it in the description but omg it’s so bad
