PATLABOR: ON TELEVISION is a very comfy show. Mamoru Oshii once again shows how well he can balance a large cast of characters and episodic shenanigans. Outside of a pretty pointless plotline more than midway through, it's a very neat and cute show about the daily lives of these charming officers.
