Almost time for my scheduled afternoon anxiety attacks. I schedule them these days so I can get some things done and experience normalcy in the mornings. The world canβt take all of my day away from me yet π€π€π€

While it's upsetting to know you're experiencing anxiety attacks, at least you have the strength to not let it completely take you out. Proud of you for that!
