Um... Asuka magazine has the anniversary in August issue... That means it will celebrate around 24 July...
Currently it is bimonthly.. that means.. umm...🤔..it should have any infos about 40th anniversary around.. May issue... (24 April)....right..😵💫😵💫😵💫?

It could still be announced in May 24, though, I think...
They celebrated about August issue (back then monthly) which was out on June 24....
So i don't think it will be out on July 24 (September issue) it looks so late 🤣
