My fellow artists, I am trying to look for a red acrylic paint that is opaque enough to cover darker colors within 2-3 layers.

But doesn’t contain cadmium, under a budget of $15.

Any companies or retail stores I should look at (other than Liquitex or Michaels) for such paint color.
