I have not, I didn't even know what proshipping was until like this/last month. I tend to keep myself away from that type of stuff. My TikTok feed is only of lobotomy core and Kasane Teto, and I want to keep it that way so that I don't have to see disgusting shit like that

But even if it didn't, I think writing a fctional story with horrible horrible themes is VASTLY different from writing actual smut with it.

You're absolutely right. It's just their own illogical logic. I only ever see them use it as a justification, and never as something they actually mean. I just think it's beyond gross how I feel like I'm seeing it more and more and more like it's becoming acceptable. That makes me feel sick.

unfortunately yeah. the argument itself is fundamentally flawed. reality and fiction aren't 2 binary elements that are independent from each other and can't coexist in different ways. it also completely ignores how an individual interacts with both fiction & reality and the effects both have on them
